Service times vary based on the package and your vehicle's condition. Basic detailing typically takes 2-4 hours, while premium services like paint correction or ceramic coating may require 1-3 days. We'll provide you with a specific timeframe when you book your appointment.
No preparation is required. However, we ask that you remove any personal belongings or valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. If you're getting interior detailing, leaving some items in the car may prevent us from thoroughly cleaning those areas.
Yes, we offer mobile detailing for select services within a 25km radius of our location. Mobile services are subject to weather conditions and availability. Please note that certain premium services like ceramic coating and paint correction can only be performed at our facility.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and e-transfers. For ceramic coating and paint protection film installations, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Yes, we stand behind our work. Our ceramic coatings come with 1-5 year warranties depending on the package. Paint protection film installations carry a 5-10 year warranty against peeling, yellowing, and cracking. Regular detailing services are guaranteed for satisfaction - if you notice any issues within 48 hours, we'll make it right.
